Meet Our Team
Amnon Lutfak - Founder and Owner
Amnon Lutfak is a 3rd generation real estate developer and builder with 35
years in the industry. His experience includes the residential building of
single-family homes, duplex homes, as well as single-family neighborhoods and development valued at more than $400 million.
Additionally, he has developed and built out multi-family projects, condo
conversions, as well as commercial tenant build-outs and commercial ground
up construction of more than 10 million sq ft of commercial construction.
He believes in providing high-quality products with an emphasis on customer service and investor returns.
Mr. Lutfak graduated from Babson College with a degree in marketing and
entrepreneurial studies. He spends his free time exercising, traveling, and

Gilad Lutfak - VP of construction
Gilad Lutfak has been a successful entrepreneur in various different
industries.
Most notably, the founder and CEO of a National Digital Media company.
Gilad secured an exclusive agreement with the nation's largest mall
operator to sell media in the top 15 media markets. His company sold over
$25 Million in Adspace to Fortune 500 companies.
In addition, Gilad leads an acquisitions team representing a hedge fund in
the purchase of over 800 single-family homes valued at over $250 Million
Most recently, Gilad took his skill sets to Real Estate Development and
construction industry for the last 6 years.
He believes the key to success is partnering with like-minded individuals
with complementary strengths.
